| This is a useful book to have at hand when wanting to learn more about the causes of physical illness. If you can treat the cause you can eliminate/ease the illness. It's mainly a book that helps with this and encourages positive affirmations. If you can deal with things while they are in the aura you can help to prevent the illness hitting your physical body. I have been learning more and more about this during crystal healings and the pattern that has emerged in these findings is quite amazing. Of course some people will think it's all a load of nonsence but we are all on our own individual journey. | | An advice: Rating: 4/5 |
Hi everyone,
I like Louise L. Hay's books very much. I think she is a great sprituel teacher and can explain her thoughts easily. This is a very useful book for understanding the reasons of the illnesses. Yet there isn't any explanation of them in details. So you should also read Louise L. Hay's another book: You Can Heal Your Life.

This book was not what I expected and that may be my fault for not researching the content properly.
Instead of practical methods, e.g. using food etc; it was a book of visualisation statements.

The ailment is tittled, a few words stating the links, and a corresponding affirmation. You can use it in a family situation; it is a must for nearly every type of alternative medicine practitioner.
